Check LDF FOAP Activity
All librarians have access to a “Faculty Development Fund Report” in Tableau. It will give you a snapshot of your individual LDF odd and even years' budget allocation, and actual year-to-date and year-end expenses, including any pending Concur transactions.

Please keep in mind that if you are checking your report during summer months (from June – August), the report does not accurately reflect your balances in either of your individual FOAPs (odd or even). It may become accurate in September, depending on when this information is updated by USF's Office of Accounting and Business Services (ABS).
