Publish a Guide

Review the publishing checklist and change the publication status.

Getting There

1. Log into LibGuides https://usfca.libapps.com/libguides/.
2. Select  Content > Guides and click the Edit  icon for the guide you want to update.
3. Click the Edit Guide button, select Change Status & Share, make and save your changes. 
   • Unpublished — Not visible to the public. Only visible only to logged-in users (edit side).
   • Published — Visible to the public via search and browse.
   • Private — Visible to the public, but only via direct access to the URL. Not visible via search and browse.
