Manage Your Profile

Information about you and the work you do at the library.

Profile information appears in several different places on the public side of LibGuides. The primary locations are via the individual profile pages listed on our Librarians & Staff directories and the guide owner/contact information boxes on our Research Guides.

There are two types of profiles:

  • Library staff profiles
  • Subject specialist profiles

The content on your profile — and how you manage that content — depends on the type of profile you have.

Library Staff Profiles

Most library workers use these profiles. These profiles include your:

  • Pronouns
  • Staff photo
  • Contact information
  • LibCal Appointments widget (if applicable)
  • Job title
  • Bio
Update Your Library Staff Profile
Subject Specialist Profiles

Librarians that are subject specialists for one or more of the subjects in our LibGuides system use these profiles. These profiles include your:

  • Pronouns
  • Staff photo
  • Contact information
  • LibCal Appointments widget
  • Job title
  • Bio

AND

  • 'My Subject Specialties' list
  • 'My Guides' list
