FAQ Style Guide
FAQ entries should:
- Be clear and concise
- Be written in plain language; avoid jargon
- Be accurate and current
- Model accessibility standards by using headings and lists to improve readability
- Link to authoritative information (i.e. library web pages) if applicable
- Include files, links, or media if applicable
- Utilize metadata (topics, keywords) to improve findability
- Note: the FAQ Team is working on establishing a list of topics.
