AI Tools from The Chronicle of Higher Education

Chron

The "Chron" AI tool answers natural language questions about higher education based on the information contained inThe Chornicle's archive of more than 130,000 articles. 

"Chron" is available in: The Chronicle of Higher Education


After logging-in with your myUSF credentials, you must create and sign-in to your personal Chronicle account in order to access Chron.

After you've signed-in to your personal account, click the "Ask Chron" link in the main menu.

Enter a natural language question related to higher education.

  • Example: What are the enrollment trends over the last 10 years?

Chron will generate an answer based on its archive of articles, and the specific sources of the information will be linked at the bottom of the answer.
