Finding the History of a Device (or type of device)
A brief history of a device is the kind of "background information" that most typically could be found in the following types of library resources:
- Encyclopedias
- Books
- Newspaper and Magazine articles
On the other hand, background information of this kind is less likely to be found in Academic or Scholarly Journal Articles in the STEM disciplines.
