About Me

I have a B.A. in French and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Originally from Wisconsin, I've covered all points of the compass here in the US, having lived on both coasts, the south, and the midwest, and am delighted to be back on the west coast.

Work

As Associate Dean for Collection Services, my areas of responsibility include oversight of the Metadata & Collection Management, E-resources & Systems, and Special Collections & University Archives departments. Before joining USF in 2014 as Head of Acquisitions & Collection Management, I was the Electronic Resources & Technical Services Librarian at Boston College. Previous work lives also include Acquisitions & Serials Librarian at the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and Program Officer for the American Library Association.

Interests

Current professional interests include collection assessment and investigating new liaison models. Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, reading, yoga, hiking the coast and exploring this beautiful city.
