The Outreach Team uses this form to streamline and formalize outreach service and support requests from library staff and campus partners. This form ensures that requests for service and support will be clearly defined and outlined, and that specifications will be collected to accurately and effectively accommodate the needs of the requestors. This form may also be used to suggest new library events or promotional material.
We kindly ask for a minimum amount of notice corresponding to the type of request:
- Promotional Materials — 2 weeks
- Support for Display or Event — 30 days
- Collaboration on Event — a minimum of 30 days, depending on the scale of the event
- Suggestion — N/A
Note: Any requests for sharing existing social media content via one of Gleeson Library's accounts should be sent directly to the @gleesonlibrary inbox on either Twitter or Instagram. 24 hours notice is required.
